Restaurants Are Going Smoke-Free Today
Updated 9:14 a.m. EST November 16, 2000 -- Many restaurants are going smoke-free on Nov. 16 as a way to recognize the Great American Smoke-Out.
 Restaurant owners who wish to participate can call the American Cancer Society at (888) 227-5445.
