Investigative Reporter

Paul Van Osdol has been an investigative reporter at WTAE since March 1999.

He loves digging deep, especially when it comes to people in power. It's his job to know the things they don't want him to know.

His best work so far, he said, was a series of stories exposing judges and health inspectors who were spending only a couple of hours a day on the job.

A native of Grosse Pointe, Mich., Van Osdol is a graduate of Tufts University.

His wife's name is Mary, and his cat's name Iris.

When he's not getting the dirt on the powerful, he enjoys tennis, working out and reading.
