Kentucky
Covington -- This cam in northern Kentucky is not very impressive on the main page (scroll way down past the ads to see it). The image is blown-out and grainy, but if you click on either the streaming Java or streaming jpeg option, you get a pretty decent image that is in real time, and if you're looking at night, you'll be pleased with the nighttime quality not often found in these cams. 
Louisville -- Here's our the cam from our Kentucky affiliate, thelouisvillechannel.com. It's a TowerCam view of downtown, with good resolution. Maybe not the most fascinating view -- but then I'm biased against the type of anonymous cityscapes that you could just as easily find on a postcard. Just one image, but you can click on it to get a larger look. Not bad. +
Paducah -- Here's a lovely view of downtown Paducah. It's a skycam close enough that you can make out some of the neat historic architecture. But it's also facing west, so if you check it around sunset, it's blinding. ... Trust me on that one. But nevertheless, it deserves
